Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant for Everleigh Castle Pines in Marlborough to drive pre-leasing and occupancy during the lease-up phase, guiding prospects from first tour to move-in. You will execute marketing, events, and renewal strategies, maintain high show-quality units, and help create a welcoming resident experience through proactive outreach and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, marketing, internet and customer service experience.
• Strong reading/writing skills to explain legal documents and leases.
• Math skills to process sales conversions.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct tours, qualify prospects, and close.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals, including tours, applications, and lease signings.
• Collect information from prospective residents at move-in and record it properly.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing events to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use on-site software to track availability, prospects, and leasing activity.
• Ensure show units meet standards; coordinate maintenance and show ready units.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours to move decisions forward.
• Support lease renewals and prepare renewal letters and packages.
• Address resident and owner concerns promptly and professionally.
• Attend community events and outreach to generate leads.
• Prepare reports and other administrative duties.
• Assist Lifestyle Coordinator with event setup.
