Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a seasoned Pre-Construction Manager to lead social housing projects from enquiry to contract award in Warrington. You will drive planning, pricing, risk management and stakeholder engagement to secure and mobilise planned maintenance and retrofit contracts.

• Proven experience in a Pre-Construction, Bid Management or Project Management role within social housing, construction or planned maintenance.
• Strong understanding of refurbishment, retrofit, decarbonisation and housing maintenance projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience of tendering and bid processes.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our growing Social Housing team. This is a key role responsible for leading projects from initial enquiry through to contract award, ensuring robust planning, pricing, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Working closely with operational, commercial, and bid teams, you will play a crucial role in securing and mobilising planned maintenance, decarbonisation, retrofit, refurbishment, and housing improvement contracts.
