Job summary

Mk Consult in Bolton le Sands, United Kingdom, is seeking a commercially astute Head of Pre-Construction to lead the pre-construction function across planned maintenance, retrofit and decarbonisation projects in the social housing sector.

My client is seeking a commercially astute Head of Pre-Construction to join its growing Housing Partnerships team.

This is a pivotal leadership role, managing the pre-construction process across planned maintenance, retrofit and decarbonisation projects within the social housing sector. Acting as the link between clients, operations, commercial and bid teams, you will play a key role in securing, shaping and mobilising projects for successful delivery.

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including Managing Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Operations Managers, Bid Managers and Pre-Construction professionals who possess strong social housing experience and a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities
