Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leadership & Planning: Assisting partners with long-term business development plans to meet the practices strategic vision and business objectives, and developing external relationships eg with local PCNs, ICB, neighbourhood teams, PPG etc
• Financial management: Maximising income opportunities and reducing expenditure, overseeing NHS contract income, managing QoF targets and leading change to ensure the ongoing and future success of the practice utilising modern ways of working
• Operational leadership: Provide overall leadership for the day-to-day operational management of the practice, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient services and continually work towards improving service delivery
• Workforce & Organisational Development: Lead in all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, staff retention and performance management ensuring the wellbeing of an effective workforce, compliance with training requirements and compliance with all aspects of employment law
• Governance & Compliance: Oversee adherence to Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, health and safety regulations, and data protection (GDPR/DSPT) requirements. Lead investigations relating to complaints, significant events and learning reviews
