Job summary

Vesper Road & Morris Lane Surgery is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to provide patient centred nursing care in a small, community-focused team. You will work alongside GPs, healthcare assistants and pharmacists to support patients in managing their health, deliver immunisations, and contribute to chronic disease management and annual reviews.

The role involves reflexive clinical decision making, independent administration of vaccines, venepuncture, BP checks, spirometry and health

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with Adult nursing qualification and NMC registration.
• Experience delivering immunisations and vaccines.
• Competent in medical procedures and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality nursing care in a multi-disciplinary primary care setting.
• Deliver immunisations and health checks according to national programmes.
• Support chronic disease management and medication reviews with the GP team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with data protection rules.
