Responsibilities

• Provision of health advice to patients.
• LES/DES/QOF related clinical and administrative work
• Manage long-term conditions including Asthma, Diabetes, COPD
• Undertake immunisations, injections and vaccinations.
• Provision of health checks for newly registered patients and NHS health checks.
• Provision of travel advice.
