Billericay Medical Practice in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly team of GP partners and nurses. The role is 26 hours per week across Monday, Thursday and Friday, based at our purpose-built practice in Billericay.

The successful candidate will be NMC registered with active PIN and experience in GP settings, including immunisations, screening and chronic disease management (COPD, Asthma, Diabetes). Proficiency with SystmOne is required.

Qualifications

• A nursing degree and at least 2 years post qualifying experience in a General Practice setting.
• Current NMC registration with an active PIN.

Responsabilités

• Provide immunisation, wound care, screening and health education to patients registered with the practice.
• Manage long-term conditions such as COPD, Asthma and Diabetes in collaboration with GPs.
• Support the team with COPD, Asthma and Diabetes management and COPD training.
• Maintain equipment and stock levels, ensure proper documentation and confidentiality.
