Job summary

Surrey Heath Community Providers Ltd is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our GP practice in the UK. You will deliver immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and long-term condition management, working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You must have current UK GP practice experience and an active NMC registration. EMIS Web experience is advantageous, and the role offers 20–25 hours per week with a flexible approach to duties within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• NMC registration is essential.
• Experience working in a UK GP practice is essential.
• Experience delivering vaccination/immunisation programmes is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver immunisations and vaccination programmes.
• Perform cervical screening and wound care.
• Manage long-term conditions in primary care.
• Assist GPs with minor surgery when required.
