Responsibilities and Skills

• Delivering industry-leading patient care
• Monitoring and planning to meet income targets, including recruitment, marketing, diary management, patient recalls, and treatment plans
• Motivating, leading, and engaging a team of 7-15 colleagues
• Influencing business priorities through collaboration
• Marketing the practice to increase patient numbers
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and legislative guidelines as the registered manager
• Managing recruitment and selection of staff
• Utilising Bupa products and services to maximise revenue
• Proficiency with computer software and communication tools like email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams
• Previous dental experience is desirable but applications from managers in other sectors are welcome
