Principal Dentist and Founder, Crownwood Dental & MediSpa

Join our well-established Dental & MediSpa Clinic in Bracknell Berkshire, proudly serving the community for over 22 years. We're a mainly private practice, and we’re passionate about creating a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment where our team feels valued and appreciated.

We're currently looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Operations & CQC Registered Manager with a solid background in dentistry to lead our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the CQC Registered Manager and oversee compliance and Information Governance (DCME)
• Act as Safeguarding Lead, Fire & Safety Officer and First Aider
• Conduct regular audits across clinical, reception, patient journey, and MediSpa areas
• Lead HR responsibilities including team management and performance oversight
• Manage general administration including rotas, email inboxes and communication systems
• Oversee facilities management
• Provide support to the Business Development Manager and Principal Dentist as needed

• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with R4 Carestream and Dental Compliance (DCME) is highly desirable
