Location: Elstree Waterfront Outpatients, Hertfordshire
Permanent, Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working following the completion of probation (1-2 WFH days)
Shift Times: Monday - Friday, 9-5pm (With flexibility to do early shift, from 7:30am, or late shift - until 6pm)
Salary: Competitive.

We're looking for a Practice Manager to join our GP team based at Elstree Waterfront Outpatients, Hertfordshire. As a vital part of our team, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy practice, managing a team of medical secretaries and collaborating with two Consultants. .

• Compliance & Quality : Maintain regulatory compliance, implement quality assurance programs, and manage clinic systems to ensure excellence in patient services.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical office operations, and patient care.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in using hospital or clinical IT systems
