Job Description - Practice Manager

Gensmile Dental Care is seeking a commercially minded and driven Practice Manager to lead our award-winning private practice in West London. We are a modern, three-surgery practice with a friendly and experienced team, committed to high standards of patient care, offering General & Cosmetic Dentistry and Clear Aligners, with plans to expand into additional specialisms.

The Practice Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Ensuring excellent patient care and experience
2. Maintaining the practice's reputation
3. Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies
4. Recruitment and staff inductions
5. Achieving financial KPIs
6. Handling patient complaints
7. Managing daily operations efficiently
8. Controlling costs within budgets
9. Managing activity to meet private targets
10. Conducting regular practice and clinician meetings
11. Managing staff performance and attendance
12. Analyzing activity data
13. Growing private patient numbers
14. Overseeing social media and marketing
15. Serving as the CQC registered manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• Dental background preferred but not essential
• At least 2 years of management experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and high standards
• Excellent communication skills and team growth passion
• CQC knowledge advantageous
• Computer literacy essential; SOE experience beneficial
