Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role is a hybrid of patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and driving profitability. This role is responsible for delivering pharmacy targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's goal to be best in class.

On a daily basis, the Pharmacy Practice Manager will lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient experience and safety. You will support and develop direct reports and locums to uphold high standards of customer service, compliance within GPhC standards, and clinical governance.

You will have access to in-store, regional, and home office support teams, ensuring assistance is always available for clinical or service-related queries.

Rota:

Week 1: Mon 9am-9pm, Wed 9am-9pm, Thurs 3.30pm-9pm

Week 2: Mon 9am-9pm, Wed 9am-9pm, Thurs 9am-9pm, Sat 9am-9pm
