Job Description

Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to oversee the smooth running of multiple clinics within their group.

This is a full-time leadership role covering several locations. The successful candidate will play a central part in shaping the success of these sites, taking ownership of operational efficiency, commercial delivery, and team development across all clinics.

The practices are home to supportive clinical teams and enjoy strong local client bases. You’ll work closely with the Lead Vets and Regional Operations Director to deliver excellent standards of care, team engagement, and commercial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role well suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment and is confident juggling day-to-day responsibilities with longer-term strategic improvements.

Your responsibilities will include managing staffing and rota planning, ensuring compliance, overseeing recruitment and team performance, driving client service standards, and contributing to the commercial growth of each clinic.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management role within a clinical or regulated environment, along with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills. An understanding of veterinary practice operations and a proactive, team-focused approach will be key to success in this position.
