mydentist in Exeter is seeking a Practice Manager for a 12-month maternity cover at the Cowick Street practice. You’ll lead the team, drive performance, manage budgets and ensure outstanding patient care.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, youll be:

• Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
