mydentist Wisbech practice is seeking a Practice Manager to drive performance, deliver outstanding patient care, and meet financial targets within a busy 4-surgery setting.

You will lead a team of dental nurses and receptionists, handle budgets and compliance, interpret P&L data, and work with self-employed clinicians. The role offers a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement, and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance with set objectives, budgets, and patient care targets.
• Lead a team of practice support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and manage relationships with clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage financial data to support commercial decisions.
• Interpret profit and loss data to guide strategic decisions and optimize KPIs.
