PortmanDentex, a leading dental group, invites applications for a Practice Manager at The Liverpool Brace Place in Liverpool, United Kingdom. The role includes Registered Manager responsibilities,Leadership across a patient-focused dental team, and driving operational excellence with a compliance-driven approach.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage P&L and KPIs, and collaborate with specialists to support practice growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in general and ortho dental or private commercial background.
• Healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background with experience managing a dental practice or leadership experience as a lead dental nurse.
• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our team at The Liverpool Brace Place

Shift Pattern Monday- 7:45- 4:45 , Tuesday-7:45-4:45, Thursday-7:45-4:45, Friday-7:45 - 4:45

• Competitive salary rate from £35,000 per year
• General & cosmetic dental practice with specialist orthodontists and specialist implantologists
• Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

• Experience in general and ortho dental or have a private commercial background
