Job summary

The Liverpool Brace Place, part of PortmanDentex, is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead an orthodontic team. This role covers NHS and private patients with full-time hours 32 per week over four days, typically 8am-5pm.

You will oversee operations, finances, and compliance, act as Registered Manager, and work with leadership to grow the practice while delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in general and ortho dental or have a private commercial background.
• Healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background—experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership is a bonus.
• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: fully functioning equipment and facilities, compliant, process-driven team.
