mydentist is seeking a Designate Practice Manager to lead one or more Nottingham area practices, working full-time across NHS and Private setups. You’ll drive performance, manage budgets, and ensure outstanding patient care with a supportive team.

You’ll oversee practice staff, engage with clinicians, and maintain regulatory standards while building strong commercial decisions based on financial insights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dental practice or clinical team.
• Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets.
• Strong stakeholder and regulator liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance to meet financial targets and patient care standards.
• Lead reception and dental nurse teams and coordinate with self-employed clinicians.
