Job summary

Circus Orthodontics Bath is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to lead a busy three-surgery orthodontic practice in the heart of Bath. You will supervise staff, manage day-to-day operations and drive the practice forward with a focus on exceptional patient care and compliant processes.

The role requires strong leadership skills, experience with budgets and performance metrics, and a commitment to service excellence in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Background in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service-focused settings with leadership experience.
• Experience managing a dental practice or leading a dental team is a plus.
• Able to drive service excellence and coach others to perform at their best.
• Confident handling financials such as P&L, KPIs, and budgets.
• Aim to maintain a fully functional, compliant, process-driven practice.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist orthodontic team at Circus Orthodontics in Bath

• Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days with typical shifts of 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday - there is some flexibility with hours.

• Competitive salary from £38,000 dependent on your experience

• 3-surgery specialist Orthodontic practice, caring for private patients

• Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management

• Beautiful practice in the centre of Bath

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

• A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
