Job summary

Portman Dental Care's Harley Street Dental & Implant Clinic in London seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead a 14-surgery private practice, overseeing operations, patient care, and a team of around 50 staff.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage data and finances (P&L, KPIs, budgets), and to drive operational excellence across equipment, facilities and processes. Full-time with occasional Saturdays; competitive hourly rate.

• Full-time hours available,40 hours per week over 5 days, with occasional Saturday working
• Competitive hourly rate
• 14 surgery fully private practice, with specialisms includingprosthodontics, endodontics, periodonticsand oral surgery, in addition to general dentistry
• Harley Street Dental & Implant Clinic isthe oldest private practice in England and was established in 1924 - it's situated on the site of Florence Nightingale Hospital before she left for the Crimean War
• Large team of around 50 colleagues, all of whom with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to patients
