Job summary

Synergy Personnel Services in Leicester is seeking a Practice Accountant with no less than 5 years of practice experience to manage a client portfolio from Sole traders to large Limited Companies. You will prepare and review financial statements and management accounts, assist with tax planning, and provide financial advice.

Proficiency in Sage, Xero and QuickBooks is essential. Hybrid role with three days from home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practice experience in an accountancy or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and provide strategic financial insights.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
