Job summary

Synergy Personnel Services in Leicester is seeking a Practice Accountant with no less than 5 years of practice experience to manage a client portfolio from Sole traders to large Limited Companies. You will prepare and review financial statements and management accounts, assist with tax planning, and provide financial advice.

Proficiency in Sage, Xero and QuickBooks is essential. Hybrid role with three days from home.

THE ROLE:

As a Practice Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their clients’ financial success. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to help them make informed business decisions. The role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a collaborative and supporting work environment. Key aspects of this role will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you need to have proven experience of working with Practice with strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations and financial reporting. You must have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in account software such as Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
