Job summary

Future PLC in Cardiff is seeking a PPC Executive to join the Marketing Team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on building, running and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with a data-driven approach.

You’ll work under the Senior PPC Manager, handling campaign builds, keyword and ad copy management, bid adjustments, and performance reporting. The role offers growth toward a Senior PPC Executive position and a clear path within our Ecomm Rewards division.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Proficient with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Understanding of automated bidding strategies.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Clear communication and proactive learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build, run and optimise PPC campaigns.
• Manage keywords and ad copy.
• Adjust bids and analyze performance.
• Report on ROI and campaign targets.
