Job summary

The Senior PPC Executive role at Morson Group in Manchester is a hybrid position combining in-office and remote work. You will manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, analyse performance, and implement testing strategies to drive revenue.

You will work with the PPC Manager across multiple accounts, tracking CPC, CTR, CPA and ROAS, while producing regular reports and recommendations. 12-month FTC with hybrid pattern of 2 days in Manchester and 3 days at home.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Strong Google Ads and Bing Ads knowledge.
• Experience managing campaigns against commercial KPIs and revenue targets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• A commercial mindset and a desire to continually improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies.
• Monitor key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
• Produce regular performance reporting and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with PPC trends, tools and platform developments.
• Work across multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
