Future Publishing in Cardiff seeks a hands-on Paid Search specialist to join the Digital Growth team. You’ll manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, plan budgets, run tests, and translate data into clear recommendations to maximise performance.

You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional PPC squad, mentor colleagues, and optimise audience segments using GA4, SA360, Looker Studio and advanced Sheets. Hybrid role with 3 days in-office.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing and growing large-scale Paid Search accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and trend identification.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while driving revenue.
• Familiarity with campaign metrics and optimisation strategies across major platforms.
• Strong communication skills to manage expectations and convey recommendations.
