Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking a commercially driven PPC Manager to own paid search across Google Ads, Shopping and Performance Max, overseeing large-scale campaigns in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

You will manage annual PPC budgets north of £10 million, translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, and partner with trading, marketing, and e-commerce teams to maximise ROAS and margins. Hybrid working options available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads budgets of £10m+ annually.
• Hands-on expertise across Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Strong experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimisation.
• Demonstrable track record of driving profitable growth through paid search activity.
• Experience working against performance targets including ROAS, CPA and margin objectives.
• Strong forecasting, budget pacing and financial management skills.
• Confidence using GA4 and translating performance data into meaningful business insights.
• Ability to communicate campaign performance effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Midweight-level experience with the ability to manage campaigns independently while contributing to wider strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Own annual PPC budgets exceeding £10 million, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance management.
• Monitor, analyse and improve campaign performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA and margin targets.
• Lead budget forecasting, pacing and spend management to maximise return on investment.
• Manage and optimise Google Merchant Center, ensuring product feeds are accurate and fully optimised.
• Identify opportunities to improve account structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative performance.
• Produce regular performance reports and communicate insights, recommendations and results to senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with trading, marketing, e-commerce and commercial teams to support wider business objectives.
• Stay current with industry developments, platform updates and emerging best practices within paid media.
• Support the development and implementation of PPC strategies while operating independently on day-to-day campaign management.
