Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a commercially driven PPC Manager to own our paid search activity and drive profitable growth across digital channels. You will plan, manage and optimise large‑scale Google Ads campaigns, ensuring ROAS, CPA and margin targets are met.

The role requires hands‑on experience with Google Ads budgets of £10m+ annually, and strong data translation to insights for senior stakeholders. A hybrid working model is available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven PPC Manager with data‑driven mindset.
• Significant experience managing multi‑million pound advertising budgets.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience across Google Ads, Shopping and Performance Max.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise large‑scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Take ownership of annual PPC budgets exceeding £10 million with effective allocation.
• Monitor and improve performance against ROAS, CPA, revenue and margin targets.
• Lead forecasting, pacing and spend management to maximise ROI.
• Manage Google Merchant Center and product feeds for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve account structure, bidding, audiences and creative.
• Produce regular performance reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with trading, marketing, e‑commerce and commercial teams.
• Stay up to date with platform updates and best practices in paid media.
• Support development and implementation of PPC strategies; handle day‑to‑day campaigns.
