Job summary

You will own the commercial progression from market identification to order confirmation, collaborating with the CPL and engineering functions to qualify opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven technical B2B sales/business development experience.
• Experience selling engineered products to OEMs, Tier 1s or technically sophisticated customers.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to commercial and engineering audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the sales pipeline across markets and target accounts.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and partners.
• Progress opportunities through defined sales stages and coordinate with CPL and internal teams.
• Identify attractive sectors and emerging needs through market data and trends.
• Lead or coordinate RFQs, negotiations and contract terms.
