Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR Ltd is seeking a Manager – Engineering (Power Station Integration) to lead the integration of key power station systems across a complex matrix of engineering teams, suppliers and stakeholders.

This high-visibility role demands collaboration, delivery focus and systems-thinking to shape the power station design and align with performance, safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Science or related technical discipline; Chartered Engineer status desirable
• Experience delivering complex engineering projects, integrating multiple systems in regulated environments
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements management and ISO 15288
• Experience with design integration, governance and MBSE tools Capella/Arcadia

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering work packages coordinating across engineering functions
• Drive system integration and architecting ensuring solutions meet requirements
• Manage complex interfaces between systems, disciplines and suppliers
• Apply systems engineering methodologies and optioneering for decisions
• Develop and maintain delivery plans with project controls
• Provide input on technical risk and earned value
• Influence senior stakeholders to balance priorities
• Ensure flow-down of requirements to lower-tier systems
• Foster collaboration and integrated design development
