Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Senior Engineer – Power Station Integration to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams. This hybrid role involves working with teams in Manchester, Warrington, or Derby. The position aims to drive product-level design and integration.

You will deliver and manage key performance attributes, ensuring customer and safety requirements are met. A competitive salary ranging from £48,000 to £63,000 is offered along with a bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product or system-level design and integration across multiple disciplines.
• A strong grounding in Systems Engineering methods including requirements elicitation and derivation.
• Experience with Capella or other MBSE/requirements tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product-level design of the power station, ensuring business, safety and customer requirements are met.
• Manage key performance attributes such as net power output, availability and cost.
• Conduct requirements elicitation and functional architecture using MBSE.
