A charitable organization in Manchester is seeking an experienced operational PBS Specialist to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification in PBS and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role involves working closely with operational teams to provide tailored support while traveling within the locality. Our team is expanding and we are looking for an experienced and qualified operational PBS Specialist to join our team in the North West. MacIntyre is a national charity which supports over 1,200 people with a learning disability and/or autism.
You must be currently or recently in a PBS lead or specialist role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at that level. You must also hold a Level 5 in PBS. The role requires close working and decision‑making with our operational colleagues, so the right person must have or be able to demonstrate an operational background. You must be a driver with your own transport, as you will be travelling within the area.
