Position Overview

Being ambitious is in our DNA and across 2026 and beyond we will be supporting more people to leave secure settings and providing specialist high quality trauma informed Compassion First PBS support to prevent admission and re‑admission. Our team is expanding and we are looking for an experienced and qualified operational PBS Specialist to join our team in the North West. MacIntyre is a national charity which supports over 1,200 people with a learning disability and/or autism.

Key Qualifications

You must be currently or recently in a PBS lead or specialist role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at that level. You must also hold a Level 5 in PBS. The role requires close working and decision‑making with our operational colleagues, so the right person must have or be able to demonstrate an operational background. You must be a driver with your own transport, as you will be travelling within the area.
