Voyage Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to influence practice, coach colleagues and embed trauma-informed, person-centred approaches across services. In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support.
You will be visible in services, championing best practice and DBS safeguarding.
We're seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader who can positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice. You'll lead by example - coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support.
