Voyage Care is seeking a PBS Practice Leader to influence practice, support colleagues and improve outcomes for the people we support. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead by example, coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible in services and wants to make a real difference.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• Good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confident in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills with a values-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Embed Positive Behaviour Support in services and practice.
• Coach staff and support PBS plans.
• Collaborate with managers and frontline teams to improve outcomes.

Location: Bradwell
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Rate: £15.39 per hour

We're seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader who can positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support.

In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice. You'll lead by example, coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves outcomes for the people we support.

You’ll have:
