Voyage Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader in North Walsham to positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve outcomes for the people we support. We're seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader who can positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support.
In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice. You'll lead by example, coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves outcomes for the people we support.
