Autonomy Care Group in Melksham is seeking a PBS Manager to lead the development, delivery and evaluation of Positive Behaviour Support across our Wiltshire services. This role supports transitions, offers crisis guidance and provides expert PBS advice across the group.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required as the position involves travel across our services; salary £40,000–£45,000 DOE & Q, 40 hours per week.

As our PBS Manager, you’ll lead the development, delivery and evaluation of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and mandatory training across our services. You’ll support service transitions, offer guidance during times of crisis, and provide expert guidance across the group.
