Job summary

Voyage Care in Harleston is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma‑informed and person‑centred practice, coaching others and guiding PBS plans.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• Good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach colleagues in PBS and trauma-informed practice.
• Embed PBS plans and support frontline teams to deliver consistent, person-centred support.
• Collaborate with managers and Behavioural Support Practitioners to improve everyday outcomes.

We’re seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader who can positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support

In this hands‑on role, you’ll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma‑informed and person‑centred practice. You’ll lead by example - coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support.
