Job summary

AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is seeking an experienced Property Manager for our busy Exeter lettings team. You will manage residential portfolios, liaise with landlords and tenants, and ensure excellent customer service at every stage of the tenancy.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in property or lettings, strong organisational and communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. The role offers ongoing training, mileage expenses, and opportunities for career progression

Qualifications

• Previous property, lettings or customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
• A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join a well-established and busy lettings team based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in property or lettings who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio. Working closely with landlords, tenants and colleagues, you will help ensure properties are managed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conducting property viewings and inspections
• Completing inventories and check-outs
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance works
• Supporting the lettings team with administrative and operational tasks
• Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience at all times
