Job summary

The Greenbank Hotel in Falmouth is seeking a reliable Day Porter to support the smooth operation of our waterfront property. You will greet guests, assist with enquiries and help maintain public areas.

The role involves setting up conference rooms, assisting with luggage, cleaning, and coordinating with other departments. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected to deliver exceptional service.

We are currently seeking a reliable and flexible candidate to join our team as a Day Porter. This is a varied and hands‑on role, supporting the smooth operation of the hotel.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
