Job summary

The Falmouth Hotel - Restaurant in Cornwall is seeking enthusiastic, friendly and service-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a hands-on role supporting our restaurant, bar and events operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will provide a warm welcome, deliver food and drink service across venues, maintain tables and areas to a high standard, and work with kitchen and hotel teams to ensure smooth service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
• Positive, friendly and proactive attitude; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
• Deliver food and drink service across restaurant, bar and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
• Deliver food and drink service across restaurant, bar and events.
• Ensure tables are set and service areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Support the team during busy periods, working efficiently and positively.
• Assist with bar service when required.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all front-of-house areas.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure smooth service.
