The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company is seeking a Customer Operations Supervisor to oversee safe, efficient port and customer service operations from Larne to the Isle of Man. You will lead frontline teams, coordinate vessel turnarounds, manage resources, and ensure compliance with health and safety and company procedures.

• Experience leading frontline teams in a port or operations environment.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to make confident decisions and stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the Cluster Port Manager with port projects.
• Overseeing annual leave.
• Overseeing mid and end of year reviews.
• Coordinating sickness review meetings.
• Acting as Load controller for Isle of Man Sailings.
• Provide on the ground support for Isle of Man Operations.
