Job summary

P&O Ferries is looking for a Customer Operations Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient, and professional delivery of daily port and customer service operations. You will lead frontline teams, coordinate vessel turnarounds, and ensure high service standards across Isle of Man sailings.

Job description

The Customer Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and professional delivery of daily port and customer service operations. The role leads frontline teams, coordinates vessel turnarounds, manages operational resources, and ensures excellent customer service standards are always maintained. The postholder will monitor performance, support staff development, manage operational disruptions, and ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and company procedures. Working closely with internal departments, ferry operators, contractors, and external stakeholders, the Customer Operations Supervisor plays a key role in delivering a safe, reliable, and customer-focused operation.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Supporting the Cluster Port Manager with port projects
• Overseeing annual leave
• Overseeing mid and end of year reviews
• Coordinating sickness review meetings
• Acting as Load controller for Isle of Man Sailings
• Provide on the ground support for Isle of Man Operations

The ideal candidate will:

• Full UK Driving license
• Right to work in the UK
