Job summary

Village Hotel Sheffield is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Starbucks pop-up container launching December 2026 on our live hotel development site. You will recruit and train the founding baristas, build a local customer base, and guide the team through the transition to a flagship store for the grand opening.

You will protect brand standards, own the P&L, manage budgets, stock, and labour, and drive high-volume performance with a resilient, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience required.
• Ability to own P&L and budgeting.
• Strong brand standards enforcement and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and train founding baristas for high-energy pop-up.
• Lead transition from container to flagship store with morale and volume uplift.
• Drive sales targets and manage labour efficiency to maximize profitability.
• Ensure strict health, safety and hygiene standards are followed daily.
