Village Hotel Sheffield is seeking an experienced shift leader to launch and operate a unique Starbucks pop-up container on-site. You will onboard baristas, run high-energy service, and prepare for the grand transition to a brand-new flagship store.

You will drive daily prep, stock control, and ensure flawless beverages while upholding health and safety standards. A bold, autonomous operator with a passion for hospitality is ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build and onboard a new team in a high-energy setting.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and operate the pop-up Starbucks container starting December 2026.
• Lead the transition from pop-up to the main store, maintaining high morale and performance.
• Manage daily prep, stock control and ensure consistent quality of all beverages.
• Enforce Starbucks brand standards, health, safety and hygiene directives.
• Take ownership of the floor, coaching baristas and delivering excellent guest service.
