Village Hotels is seeking an experienced shift leader to launch a Starbucks pop-up container in Sheffield and transition the team into a flagship store on completion of the hotel. You will build a local customer base, manage a high-energy team, and ensure flawless beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• The Pop Up Launch: coordinate with Store Manager to onboard baristas and run a high-energy pop up container.
• The Grand Transition: lead the move from container to flagship store, maintaining morale and performance.
• The Operational Reality: manage daily prep, stock control, and daily shift leadership to ensure consistency.
• The Absolute Standards: enforce Starbucks brand standards and health, safety, and hygiene directives.
