Village Hotels in Sheffield is launching a brand-new Starbucks pop-up store on a live hotel development site. Starting in December 2026, you will recruit and train your founding baristas, running a high-energy, high-volume container while the main hotel is constructed around you.

As the project moves to the flagship, you will lead your team through the exciting transition, managing the uplift in volume and maintaining high morale.

Responsibilities

• The Pop‑Up Pioneer Phase: Starting December 2026. You will recruit, onboard, and train your founding baristas, running a high energy, high volume pop‑up container while the main hotel is constructed around you.
• The Grand Transition: Moving to the main stage. You will strategically lead your team through the exciting move from the container into the brand new store, managing the massive uplift in volume and keeping morale sky high.
• The Commercial Ownership: Driving the P&L. You will treat this store like your own business, meticulously managing your budget, controlling stock, driving sales targets, and managing labour efficiently.
