Job summary

Village Hotels is recruiting a Starbucks Store Manager for a brand new Sheffield location, launching December 2026 as a pop-up container on the live hotel site. You will recruit, onboard, and train founding baristas and build our local customer base from scratch.

When the main hotel opens, you will lead the transition to a flagship store, manage budget, stock, and labour, and uphold Starbucks standards with a strong focus on health, safety, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and train founding baristas for the pop-up container.
• Lead a high-energy, high-volume pop-up operation while the hotel is constructed.
• Oversee the transition from container to the flagship store and manage the uplift in volume.
