Village Hotel - Sheffield - Starbucks is hiring a Barista for our brand new Sheffield location. You will join the founding team launching a Starbucks pop-up container on-site in December 2026 and help build the store's vibe from the ground up.

No formal coffee background is required, but you bring energy, positivity, and a smile. You will learn the menu and craft drinks to brand standards while delivering a memorable Village welcome.

Qualifications

• Need for high energy and customer smiles over strict prior coffee experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a pop-up launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve coffee from an on-site pop-up container with high energy and pace.
• Transition with the team from pop-up to flagship store.
• Learn Starbucks menu and craft drinks to brand standards.
• Create a welcoming Village experience for customers.
