Village Hotels is launching a brand-new Sheffield pop-up Starbucks coffee station on-site. As a Barista, you will serve exceptional coffee to construction crews, build a local following, and help carry the vibrant Village culture into a future flagship store. This role starts with the December 2026 launch and grows into a high-volume operation.

We value high energy, resilience, and a great sense of humor. Previous coffee experience helps, but your personality and customer care will matter most

Qualifications

• Previous coffee experience is welcome but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a pop-up environment and adapt to a flagship store.
• Strong energy and a friendly manner that brings a smile to customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve high-quality coffee from on-site pop-up container.
• Transition with the team into the flagship store when ready.
• Learn the Starbucks menu inside out and craft drinks to brand standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming Village experience for every guest.
