Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to deliver a welcoming, professional reception experience at our client's premises. You will handle calls and visitors with professionalism while maintaining a neat, informative reception area.

You will contribute to high standards of service, communicate effectively at all levels, and support mall management, contractors, and event activities as part of a busy frontline team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar receptionist role.
• Ability to deliver high quality customer service to clients and visitors.
• Excellent personal presentation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, polite and welcoming reception service for telephone and personal callers.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure information leaflets are available.
• Develop relationships with retailers, mall management and contractors.
• Support centre emergency procedures and respond to incidents as needed.
• Assist with car park and tenant parking management.
• Support marketing with community activities.
